Meet The Team

Mike was born in northwest Montana, and grew up in northern Colorado, where he and his siblings were hugely into competitive sports. Mike wrestled from the age of 7 until the end of high school. At age 18, he joined the Colorado Air National Guard and served 9.5 years both as a civilian employee (on and off) and a traditional weekend Guardsman. In the meantime, he attended college and worked in various sales jobs. Somehow, he always knew real estate was his end game.

Mike met his wife Halee at the age of 20 and they were married 7 years later. After she graduated from the Skaggs School of Pharmacy at CU, she became a full time pharmacist with Parker Adventist Hospital. This opened the door for Mike to pursue his career in real estate and he jumped right in, attending real estate school at night, graduating, and quitting his job the day he passed the state and national exams! From there he joined RE/MAX Professionals as a buyers agent for The Weimer Team.

After two great years with The Weimer Team, he started his own brokerage and plunged into the lead role and has spent the past 4 years as a Broker. Mike brings to RE/MAX Professionals a strong and proven track record, experience as a team lead and as a Broker/Owner, and a passion for both transactional real estate and business and personal growth and development.

Mike and Halee live in Castle Rock with their two very large and loving Akitas their first born son Easton and another boy due December of 2020; their greatest adventure yet!

Samantha was born and raised in the Denver Metro Area and has a passion for helping those in her community. She started working early with her sights set on being an independent homeowner at a young age. At 23, she purchased her first home and through the process, fell in love with the real estate industry. After being a nanny for 11 years, she decided to attend real estate school to help other’s home ownership dreams come true. She joined The Legend Team in September 2020 and is a valuable asset and resource.

She currently resides in Littleton with her boyfriend Jeremy. Having lived in South Denver, Green Valley Ranch, Greenwood Village and Lone Tree, she has a great familiarity with the area and can easily help homebuyers navigate their way into a perfect home in their preferred location.

In her free time, Samantha loves to travel. She has been to 5 countries and hopes to expand that more in the future. She also enjoys spending time outside hiking, visiting new and local wineries, or simply reading a good book on the back patio.

Living in Colorado for over 20 years, Lynn Marie Baxter has found her home. Like many, she was drawn to the state for its year-round outdoor adventures. Originally from Pennsylvania, she knew this is where she wanted to be, meeting her husband and “her people”. Colorado was the perfect place to build a family around their shared love for travel and adventure.

After over two decades as a pediatric physical therapist in various healthcare settings, she transitioned into the real estate profession. Her rich professional background extends beyond healthcare to include a successful career in kitchen and bath remodeling, management of personal investment properties, and leadership in extensive home remodeling projects. Her diverse background gives her valuable insights into all aspects of real estate, property management, and crafting inviting living spaces to cater to your unique needs.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Lynn Marie values volunteering and engaging in various community service opportunities. She enjoys the activities of her two kids, watching them showcase their talents in performing arts, and cheering them on as they compete in golf and lacrosse. Alongside her husband and friends, she enjoys skiing, mountain biking, exploring new restaurants, the local arts scene, live music, and hiking with her two dogs.
