Mike was born in northwest Montana, and grew up in northern Colorado, where he and his siblings were hugely into competitive sports. Mike wrestled from the age of 7 until the end of high school. At age 18, he joined the Colorado Air National Guard and served 9.5 years both as a civilian employee (on and off) and a traditional weekend Guardsman. In the meantime, he attended college and worked in various sales jobs. Somehow, he always knew real estate was his end game.
Mike met his wife Halee at the age of 20 and they were married 7 years later. After she graduated from the Skaggs School of Pharmacy at CU, she became a full time pharmacist with Parker Adventist Hospital. This opened the door for Mike to pursue his career in real estate and he jumped right in, attending real estate school at night, graduating, and quitting his job the day he passed the state and national exams!
Mike is a regular at many Parker events and a constant participant in various south Denver sports leagues. He is often found playing hockey at Family Sports (go Cones!), softball in Castle Rock, baseball around Denver or just enjoying local breweries and the neighboring establishments that support them!
Mike and Halee live in Castle Rock with their two very large and loving Akitas and just
recently welcomed their newborn son, Easton Michael Anderson, on July 5th, 2018; their greatest adventure yet!
Jason joined Weimer Real Estate in May of 2018 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in finance, interpersonal development and sales experience. In 2017 he became a homeowner for the first time with his girlfriend Lindsay and their two dogs, Roxy and Gary. During that time Jason realized he had developed a passion for the real estate industry and decided to leave a lucrative position to pursue a shot at real estate success.
Born in Aurora, Colorado, Jason has lived in the South Metro area for most of his life. He spent some time in Kansas and Michigan but ultimately made his way back to Colorado where his parents and sister live. Attending school in Parker and living in the area for many years allows Jason to combine his familiarity with expertise when navigating homebuyers and sellers through the real estate process.
Jason's exposure to high tempo and high-demand work situations gives him clarity in the trenches; when everyone else sees chaos, Jason sees a path to a solution. In his short time working with the Weimer Team, Jason has engaged with the process at a faster rate than normal and looks to have a long, solid career in the industry. His ability to think divergently and bring unique ideas to the table make him an incredible asset to the Weimer Team!
As a newer broker associate, Jason works alongside our more seasoned agents, ensuring our clients are receiving the best service and care. We know how important and delicate the homebuying and selling process is, and we will continue to work together to maintain our "Weimer Team" reputable practices.
